GlowUps.app provides instant, digital AI-generated reports. Due to the immediate nature of this service, we generally do not offer refunds once the analysis has been performed and the report has been unlocked.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Error: If the service failed to generate your report due to a system error.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service.
- Quality Issues: If the generated result is completely unusable or unrecognizable (subject to review).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@glowups.app within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Order ID or Transaction Reference
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for the request (with screenshots if applicable)
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
